Cats of Istanbul

A bit different post then usuall, but I think cats of Istanbul deserve their spot on my blog, as they made this huge, vibrant city feeling very cozy. So here are the photos of pretty cats with some of my favourite cat quotes.

Cats have it all – admiration, an endless sleep, and company only when they want it.

Perhaps one reason we are fascinated by cats is because such a small animal can contain so much independence, dignity, and freedom of spirit. Unlike the dog, the cat’s personality is never bet on a human’s. He demands acceptance on his own terms.

  2. I love this! Whenever I go away, no matter how much of a good time I’m having, I always miss my two fireballs at home. It’s lovely that you’ve captured these cats being so at home in their city, I wonder what my guys could learn from them about Istanbul? Thanks for sharing! X

    1. Thank you so much! They definitely have serious survival skills. We saw few at the University and I think I would learn much more if we had some cats running around and then coming into your lap to purr. πŸ™‚ I also miss my cat when I am away.
